2. Child Care Waitlist: Registration on the waitlist through the St. Thomas-Elgin Child Care Registry (OneHSN) does not guarantee immediate enrollment. Offers are made based on licensed space availability.

3. CWELCC Participation: First Place participates in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care agreement. Fee reductions adhere to provincial directives.
